Testing the approach
AI Agent Hub: the 2025 MVP
The MVP explored shared access to approved AI models and assistants, with governance built into their use. It provided the foundation for Studios Agent Hub.

As solutions architect and Product Owner, I developed the proposal and negotiated time for a cross-functional team. We delivered an ITV Player proof of concept within three months, testing an API approach intended for wider reuse.

My experience has taught me to look at the people, incentives and evidence around a technology decision.
Make the decision clear
Understand what needs to change, who is accountable and what evidence will help them act.
Work across boundaries
Bring product, technology, data and governance colleagues into the same conversation. Make ownership explicit.
Learn through delivery
Put something useful into people’s hands, examine what happens and adapt. Keep people accountable as automation grows.
